This team deals mainly with the installation, maintenance and repair of Telecommunications equipment in Police building installations (i.e. backup power generators, thunder protection systems and base station radios). It deals also with the installation of repeater stations in the Police radio network, in collaboration with other State Services.

Besides the above, the team in question is responsible for the installation and maintenance of the telecommunications equipment of police vehicles (i.e. mobile radios, strobe lights and sirens).
