Work experience (since 1995):
Research, publications, participated in Funded Programs, served as a member of Working Groups of the European Police College and of the Council of Europe and as a Point of Contact of the Police to various fora and Networks. Worked in Departments such as the Office for dealing with Domestic Violence and Child Abuse, the Crime Prevention Office, Research and Development Department etc. Member of the Advisory Committee for Domestic Violence (2015-2020). Coordinator of the Police Headquarters for the Cooperation of Police – Church of Cyprus and the Cooperation of Police-Pancyprian Coordinating Volunteers Council (2013 until today). Since 2016 as the Director of Studies and the Chair of the Internal Quality Assurance Committee of the Police Academy, amongst others, is responsible for program design, running and evaluation, training and supervision of instructors, evaluation of procedures and structures, drawing up the Strategic Planning and budget of the CPA, etc.

Teaching experience (since 1995):
Training and presentations of Sociological, Educational and Police content, both within the Police and to organized groups. At the Police Academy teaches in various short training programs.
