Information for the issuance of Criminal Records
 

1. Clean Criminal Record Certificate

3. Certificate - Prevention and Combating of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Exploitation of Children and Child Pornography Law 91(I)/2014, (free)
Certificate are issued to :

1.   Citizens of the Republic of Cyprus
2. Aliens residing legally in the Republic of Cyprus for at least six months
3. Companies, corporations, associations, societies or any other alliance of persons of legal entity

The application should be accompanied by the following:

1.Copy  Identity Card or Passport  for Cypriot citizens
2.Copy Registration Certificate for companies
3. Copy Residence permit ( Yellow or Pink slip), Alien Book and Passport, if the applicant is an Alien

4. Written Authorization in case the application is submitted through another person

Issuing Fee €20

Note: Three ( 3) working days are required for the issuance of the certificates. When the applicants are nationals of European Union member states, the issuance process changes and they are informed relevantly for the period required.  Offices for handling and receiving Applications are open from Monday-Friday from 0730-1400.
