Emergency Response Unit (E.R.U.) is subordinated to the Chief of Police, through the Assistant Chief of Police (Support), and is administrated by a Senior Officer, appointed by the Chief of Police.

The Unit Commander is assisted by three Deputy Commanders appointed by the Chief of Police as follows:

(a) Deputy Commander of Administration
(b) Deputy Commander of Support
(c) Deputy Commander of Operations and Training
