Any person or entity has the right to apply directly to the competent department of the Interpol Agency (Commission for the Control of INTERPOLʼs Files) for access, rectification and/or erasure of data relating to him/her and are kept in the INTERPOL Information System. The rights of the subjects are guaranteed by the said Commission, in accordance with Chapter 4 of the Commission Regulations (Statute of the Commission for the Control of Interpolʼs Files).
