Duties and mission of the Office

The mission of the Office focuses on the selection, evaluation and management of issues related to seminars, conferences, educational programs and meetings of the Working Groups of the European Union, the European Police College (CEPOL), the European Police (Europol), and other governmental authorities and private organizations of the Member States of the European Union.

Responsibilities
Based on established procedures, the European Union Representations Logistics Office, has the responsibility of:
- Receiving the correspondence / invitations related to the participation in various meetings / conferences and seminars abroad,
- Studying the correspondence and transmitting it, if the participation is considered necessary, to the competent department for the submission of views and recommendation of candidates,
- Assessing the cost of the meeting / conference / seminar,
- Updating the Selection Committee to secure the approval of the participation,
- Informing the Police Headquarters Finance Directorate, for the participation’s approval,
- Helping participants to submit the
statement on expenses abroad form, to the Ministry of Justice and Public Order, following their return from abroad.
