Larnaca Police Division is one of the seven Police Divisions that make up Cyprus Police. It is divided into Departments, Stations and Offices. Larnaca Divisional Police Headquarters is housed in a building built during British colonial rule, situated at the corner of Archbishop Makarios III Rd and Athenon Rd in Larnaca.
The following Departments / Offices are located at the Headquarters of the Division:

- The Office of the Divisional Commander and the Offices of the two Divisional Deputy Commanders
- Office of Human Resources and Support, which includes the Central Registry, Personnel, Accountants, Stores and Firearm Registry and the Citizen Service Office.
- Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D.)
- Crime Prevention Unit and Special Duties of Pyla
- Larnaca Town Police Station, which includes the station Registry, Office of the Officer-in-Charge, Shifts, Minor Department and Cycling Police
- Message Control Centre and Immediate Response Squad
- Execution of Warrants Squad
- Rural Officer
- Larnaca Branch of Crime Intelligence, and
- Larnaca Police Club


Some Offices / Departments / Units of the Division are located at another building, situated at Yiannou Kranidioti Av. Larnaca. These are:

- The Traffic Department
- Transport Department
- Prosecution Office
- Larnaca Branch of the Central Intelligence Service, and
- Larnaca Branch of Drug Law Enforcement Unit

For policing the town and rural areas of Larnaca, the Division is subdivided into seven (7) Police Stations. Kofinou Regional Police Station and the Police Stations of Aradippou, Oroklini, Kiti, Lefkara, Athienou and Zygi.
